Front Office All Rounder
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Office All Rounder. This role requires flexibility to work over a 7-day roster, including weekends and evening shifts, and the willingness to be a team player across our Reservations, Reception, and Food and Beverage teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, preparing daily for arrival of future hotel guests and groups, and being knowledgeable on activities and the local area. They will also assist with group quotes and entering of rooming lists, promote Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program to all guests, and hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is physically fit and able to complete a full shift on their feet, with the ability to lift up to 20kg and push/pull a trolley of the same weight. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Front Office Guest Services Agent or customer-facing experience, proficiency in hotel PM systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
