Network Operations & Support
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and proxy services
* Manage the network performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues
* Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality
* Support DMZ environments, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations
Managed Services Integration
* Collaborate with IT Service Management (ITSM) teams to align network operations with incident, problem, and change management processes
* Participate in CMDB discovery activities and configuration audits
* Assist with ServiceNow integrations for network-related modules and workflows
Security & Compliance
* Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage patching cycles
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client-specific compliance standards
Profile description:
* 7+ years of experience in network engineering and managed services.
* Strong expertise in Cisco platforms (ASR, ISR, Nexus) and SDN (Cisco ACI)
* Strong experience across Routing and Switching, datacentre and enterprise networks
* Solid exposure across L2 and L3 support for a range of stakeholders - internally and externally
* Knowledge of Firewalls
* Certifications: CCNP preferred
* Exceptional at multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
