Network Architect Position
We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced network and cloud infrastructure solutions.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions
* Manage virtualisation environments (Hyper-V, VMware ESX) and backup systems (Commvault, Veeam)
* Create clear, high-level network documentation and test plans
* Conduct regular audits and proactively optimise performance
* Support OT teams in process control environments (Rockwell, ABB, Honeywell)
* Ensure disaster recovery readiness and respond to complex incidents (on-call roster)
* Lead security compliance and implement robust controls
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in network architecture, firewalls, and process control systems
* Deep knowledge of routing, switching, and security protocols
* Strong communicator with excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):
* Experience with HPe/Aruba, Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, Palo Alto firewalls
* Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, CheckMK)
* Industry certifications: CCNP, PCNSE, AWS/Azure
