Two positions available
The APS6 Data Analysts undertake complex work under limited direction, providing team leadership, decision-making, and support across technical, policy, and operational areas.
The roles involve workforce planning, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver data analysis, dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support strategic decisions
Lead recruitment and workforce planning, translating designs into FTE forecasts
Engage with stakeholders and external consultants to align workforce transitions
Oversee business analysis functions, manage workflows, and ensure outputs meet objectives
Resolve complex issues using advanced technical, data-driven, and numerical methods
Manage stakeholder relationships and change processes
