Job Description:
This is a permanent full-time position commencing in the near future.
The Role
* Ensure seamless operation of administrative functions, including preparing correspondence, managing agendas and minutes for meetings, and maintaining effective filing systems for corporate information.
* Support communication and documentation processes, handling correspondence, drafting responses, and preparing reports for routine matters.
* Manage incoming calls, visitor enquiries, and appointments to contribute to a well-coordinated office environment.
Additional Responsibilities
* Assist with travel arrangements, ensuring bookings and documentation are accurately prepared.
* Support financial tasks such as budget preparation, payment of accounts, credit card reconciliation, and expenditure monitoring.
* Maintain the office's assets register and supplies to ensure resources are effectively managed.
