Responsibilities:
- Assisting our current property manager with maintenance, administration and leasing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Property Management
- Detail oriented and have strong communication skills
- Provide a high level of service to clients
- Must have Cert 1V in property services - Real estate
- Must have a current driver's license
- Must have a current police check or be able to provide one prior to employment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
