Key responsibilities: Assembly of mechanical and electronic modules Assembly and testing of high-volume build to print units for production and prototypes Basic testing of circuit functionality Use hand and power tools to assemble components according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions Follow the EM Solutions Quality & WHS Procedures Contributing to the continuous improvement of assembly methods and processes About you: Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing or similar Aptitude to work in strict accordance with technical instructions, drawings, documented methods and processes Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Commitment to workplace safety Reliable and good time management Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to remain standing for prolonged periods Desirable but not essential: Previous experience in mechanical and/or electronics module assembly Electronic cable manufacturing experience IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, MIL-STD-883 or equivalent certification will be highly regarded
