With a strong pipeline of single-storey homes across Perth’s northern suburbs, this role offers stability, career growth, and the opportunity to work with a builder renowned for quality and reliability.
You’ll take charge of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards, while supported by proven systems and a collaborative leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple new home builds from slab down through to handover
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, deliveries, and site scheduling
- Enforce WHS standards and ensure all works meet quality benchmarks
- Maintain clear communication with clients, trades, and internal teams
- Keep accurate construction records, reports, and documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on WA residential builds
- Ability to manage several single-storey homes simultaneously
- Strong trade coordination, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of WA building codes, construction standards, and WHS compliance
- WA driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
