This Australian owned company leader are making a difference to our planet in sustainable lifecycles and technology, with over 200 employees, they are looking for an experienced HR Skilled to join their team.
Reporting directly into the General Manager of ANZ, this role is to support the business through strategic and hands on approach that deliver people related performance. The right person will have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor degree in studies related to HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive demonstrated experience in providing strategic HR Management
- A focus on delivering business outcomes through utilising the HR functions and being s strong role model for the team
- A positive, proactive, enthusiastic member of the team
- Sound knowledge on legislative, employment law and regulations
- Experience in placing ads and overall recruitment process
- The ability to maintain the organisational charts, updating job descriptions when applicable
- The ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and actively contribute to strategic discussions
- Previous experience in return to work co ordination
