We're looking for a Junior Bakery Assistant to join the Batch team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves food, works well in a team, and wants to build real skills in a professional bakery environment — with the potential to work towards a pastry qualification over time.
What you'll be doing
1. Assisting with daily baking and prep
2. Learning how cookies, cakes, and doughs are made from scratch
3. Supporting senior bakers and pastry chefs
4. Maintaining a clean, organised workspace
5. Being part of a fast‐paced, supportive kitchen team
What we're looking for
6. A positive, can‐do attitude (this is non‐negotiable)
7. Willingness to learn and take direction
8. Good time management and reliability
9. Passion for baking, food and customer service
