Your primary responsibility will be to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. AudaNet experience is highly desirable.
A strong focus on customer service is essential, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and work providers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
* Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
* Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
* Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
* Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
* Assisting with production management of the centre where required
* Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
