This leading National Consultancy is well-renowned within the Building Services, Facilities and Asset Management sectors and advises clients across a range of diverse business streams. To support their holistic approach to serving client needs, they are seeking someone to lead their provision of world-class Building Services and Facilities Management advisory services across NSW, VIC & QLD. Your Skills Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Strong People Skills – able to drive business and undertake RFP & Client Tender Presentations. 5 years' Consultancy sector experience at a senior level. An advanced technical competence in Building Services Engineering (NABERS, ESG, Green Energy) or Facilities Management Advisory including asset management (lifecycle analysis, WOL, predictive modelling). Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residence Role Responsibilities Strong business development skills to drive Client Relationships with FM Provider staff as well as owner / operator teams across NSW, VIC & QLD. The ability to run a stand-alone, self-funding business division; through client engagement and growth. Facilitate improvements to Clients’ Building Services and Facilities Asset Management strategyies. Provide Building Services Engineering, Asset Management and Technical Consultancy Services to stakeholders to meet and exceed fee revenue generation.
