Application Support Specialist – OneCouncil

An opportunity is available for an experienced OneCouncil Application Support Specialist with strong expertise in Compliance and Property & Rating modules.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
* Provide expert support across OneCouncil modules, including Compliance, Property & Rating (mandatory), with knowledge of Core Modules an advantage.
* Experience with BPAs, DOC1s, ETLs and TScripts.
* Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in application management, reporting tools, ITSM, enterprise systems and mobile applications.
* Ability to design and implement application management plans, policies and automated business processes (e.g., Building & Planning, Safety & Amenity, Permits, Customer Requests).
* Understanding of system design, development, implementation and user support.
About You

* Background in solution/enterprise architecture and designing integrated enterprise solutions.
* Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Relevant certifications (Agile/Lean, PMP, Change Management, ITIL) highly regarded.
* Strong self-management, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills.
* Experience supporting transitions from on-premise to cloud solutions.
* Familiarity with human-centred design and project delivery methodologies.
