Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills

* Certificate IV in Civil Construction (or equivalent).
* White Card (General Construction Safety Induction).
* QLD 'C' Class Drivers Licence (manual) or interstate equivalent.
* Traffic Management qualifications (minimum TMI).
* Strong experience in road and drainage maintenance or construction.
* Experience in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance tasks.
* Skilled in survey equipment operation and interpreting data.
* Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using maintenance management systems.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team with capability to handle difficult situations and negotiate outcomes.
* Experience with Main Roads standards and procedures would desirable.
