Skills and Attributes Required:
* Self driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to negotiate
* An ability to build and nurture both Client and Candidate relations
* An intermediate knowledge of computer skills and data base entry
* A successful work history (3 references)
* Car and license for Client interactions
Responsibilities:
* Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates to arranging interviews and managing the offer process
* Headhunt to identify and attract exceptional Candidates
* Use a variety of sources from in-house database, social media and advertising
* Building long-lasting Client relationships with a variety of different sized Companies
* Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver recruitment solutions
* Create ownership over your own business
* Stay up to date with changes in your market and industry
