Bayside Kitchen Matilda Bay is looking for an enthusiastic Cafe Manager to join our experienced management team.
You need to be passionate about making and serving great coffee and food with an interest in wine.
Experience in function set up and management is preferred but not essential.
We overlook Perth's most beautiful bay, have great customers, and a fun environment.
Bayside Kitchen is fully licensed and open 7 days per week from 7.30 am, in addition to functions as required.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-driven, experienced person to join our established management team.
The key elements of this position include:
1. Supervision of the front of house staff and monitoring of labour costs and service standards
2. Exceptional barista skills, high-volume outlet
3. Induction and training of new staff and maintenance of service standards through ongoing training of all staff
4. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
5. Order taking and cash handling
