Early Childhood I Leadership Opportunities – Insight Early Learning Dubbo
Insight Early Learning Dubbo is seeking experienced and passionate leaders to join our team across our two centres located on Azure Avenue and Stream Avenue.
We are currently open to placing successful candidates across both our leadership teams, offering flexibility to align with your skills, experience, and centre needs.
Educational Leader: Successful applicants will be assigned to one centre only. You are welcome to indicate your preferred centre and role in your cover letter.

About the Role
In this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to advocating children while aligning with Insight Early Learning's core values of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability, and Equity.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Leading the engagement, onboarding, and induction of new team members
* Managing administrative functions such as attendance records, purchasing, and resources
* Developing and maintaining high-quality parent and family communication
* Supporting and supervising educators, in collaboration with the leadership team
* Contributing to and maintaining the centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
* Promoting a positive team culture and high-performance standards
* Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant regulations
* Supporting community engagement initiatives, events, and programs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (must have)
* Current NSW Working with Children Check (must have)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in childcare or early learning setting
* Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative, solutions-focused approach
* Experience with Xplor or similar systems (nice to have)
