Role at a Glance
Location: Melbourne
Hours: 45 hours per week
Pay Rate: $55 per hour (dependent on experience)
Children: 2 (under 2 years old)
Type: Full‐time, permanent, direct employment (PAYG)
Key Responsibilities
* Full primary care for two children under two across the working week
* Managing all daily routines – feeding, sleep settling, bathing, diaper changes, and dressing
* Planning stimulating, age‐appropriate activities supporting early development
* Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children
* Nursery management, children's laundry, and maintaining tidy play spaces
* Accompanying children on outings and appointments
* Daily communication and handovers with parents
* Traveling internationally with the family and maintaining routines away from home
Essential Requirements
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) – Victoria
* Current National Police Check
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Australian working rights
* Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
* Non‐smoker
