Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Therapy Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading and developing a team of clinicians in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 7-8 clinicians, comprising Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Pathologists. They will work closely with the Therapy Manager to ensure that the team operates effectively and efficiently, providing high-quality services to clients across a range of settings.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members to achieve their best. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into meaningful actions for their team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Relevant qualifications in allied health
* Evidence of current AHPRA registration or a willingness to attain it
* A current driver's license
