About the Role
Due to ongoing company growth, our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships and offering top-tier service.
The Duties
1. Work alongside a team of experienced Property Managers
2. Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
3. Assisting with repairs and maintenance
4. Administration and in-house duties as required
5. Assist with inspections & open homes
Skills & Experience
1. Experience highly regarded
2. Experience in Property Management - advantageous
3. Initiative and a passion for the industry
4. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
5. High level of care factor and customer service
6. Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
7. Must have a PM registration or close to completing
