About the Role:
This position is similar to a warehouse role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. As a Parts Warehouse Storeperson, you will play a key part in the smooth operation of our parts department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Receiving, inspecting, and organising automotive parts and components
* Maintaining accurate stock records and updating our database
* Processing customer orders and providing comprehensive product information
* Managing inventory movement, conducting regular stock counts, and identifying issues such as damaged or missing parts
* Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment
* Upholding a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
* Delivering parts locally and assisting with the loading and unloading of stock
* Operating warehouse equipment and machinery as required
What You Need to Succeed:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role (automotive experience preferred but not essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive work ethic
* A forklift licence is required for this position; training can be provided if needed
