**Your Experience**

You will bring a person-centred approach, placing the person at the centre of their service. You will work collaboratively, tailoring your approach to the needs of the individual. You will quickly establish rapport with clients and their families and have clear and effective communication skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in case notes and record-keeping. You will be comfortable supporting adult clients with intellectual/physical disabilities, high medical needs, mental health diagnosed or high behavioural concerns.

**Position details**

DLi's has an active Community Support Worker casual team who pick up shifts across our Adelaide Metro sites that cover SIL, Social and Community Participation, In home support, short and medium term accommodation.

**Your Availability**

We have casual shifts available over a 7 day roster, including active and passive sleepover shifts. This is a casual role within our casual pool and shifts are offered on an adhoc basis within the Adelaide Metropolitan area.

**Recruitment Process**
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a phone interview and then, if successful, to a face to face interview.

**Role Requirements**
- A minimum Certificate III, IV or diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Nursing or equivalent
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Current CPI training (within 12 months) - highly desirable
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) - highly desirable
- Safe Environment for Children and Young People Training - highly desirable
- Medication Administration Certificate, Basic Continence Care and Infection Control will be highly preferred and if not, willingness to obtain these will be required.
- First Aid and CPR
- Manual Handling certificate
- Evidence of
