Reporting directly to the Principal and working closely with the Deputy Principal, as a key part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Assistant Principal – Head of Eastern Campus, Teaching & Learning is responsible for leading high quality, well‐organised, consistent and engaging teaching and learning experiences across Reception to Year 6, with a specific focus on the Eastern Campus (Reception, Year 1 and Year 6). The role will oversee day‐to‐day operations of the Eastern Campus along with a primary responsibility for pedagogical frameworks and programs across the School.
Applications are invited from appropriately qualified and experienced educators with pedagogical and pastoral credibility, demonstrating proactive, calm, visible and confident leadership and the ability to develop positive and productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including students, staff, parents and peers. Experience with the International Baccalaureate PYP or an equivalent framework will be highly regarded.
