Fashion Production Assistant
Fixed-Term Contract - 38 hours per week
Capalaba, QLD (Brisbane)
Base salary: FTE Adult rate of $51,084 + superannuation

Sylvia P Group is currently hiring Production Assistants to join any of your preferred departments listed below:
* Fabric Cutting
* Warehouse packing
This is a fulltime fixed term role for until end of 2026 with the possibility of becoming a fulltime permanent.
The hours for Crystal Embellishment, Fabric Cutting, Fabric Gluing are Monday-Thursday, starting at 7am - 3.30pm and Friday 7am - 1.30pm.
While the hours for warehouse packing is Monday-Thursday, starting at 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 2.30pm.
* Operate a heat press machine to apply crystals and embellishments to our garments
* Follow the correct positioning of embellishments outlined on the job ticket
2. Fabric Cutting
* Laying up fabric onto the automated cutting machine.
* Off-loading cut panels, sorting and distribute throughout our factories
* Using a gluing spray to apply fabrics to one another based on template supplied
* Following instructions outlined on the job ticket
4. Warehouse packing
* Ensure items are up to company standards before packaging them
* Neatly and timely packaging of items
