As the face of the business, you will provide Reception and Management Assistant support and be responsible for administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting customers, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support: Providing timely and accurate assistance to all customers, potential customers, and staff, including filing notes, emails, telephone calls, and reports.
Coordinating Meetings: Scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and establishing document management processes to ensure confidentiality of information, files, and documents.
Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and efficiency of information provided, coordinating business unit activities, and office administration tasks.
Customer Excellence: Delivering exceptional customer service skills, having a mature and positive outlook, being resilient, and having a great attitude towards work.
