Job Description
As a senior corporate lawyer, you will be responsible for overseeing the negotiation and execution of all legal documentation relevant to the business, including acquisitions, commercial agreements, and corporate transactions. This includes managing litigation and establishment of new entities, liaising with external legal specialists to obtain additional legal advice when necessary, and assisting in reviewing/approving fundraising disclosure documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the negotiation and execution of all legal documentation relevant to the business, including acquisitions, commercial agreements, and corporate transactions.
2. Manage litigation and establishment of new entities.
3. Liaise with external legal specialists to obtain additional legal advice when necessary.
4. Assist in reviewing/approving fundraising disclosure documentation.
Requirements:
* LLB degree qualified with a current practicing certificate.
* 2+ years post-qualified experience from a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience.
* Legal experience/rotations in corporate, funds, and/or property (or REIT sector) highly regarded.
* Possess highly polished communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
* Enjoy collaborating with others and taking a strategic perspective in work, focusing on the long-term view.
