Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to join our dedicated team.
This role reports directly to the General Manager People Services and is a generalist HR position with responsibility across all people functions including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.
The first priority for this role will be leading the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Project and change management: Implement initiatives to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
* Communication and collaboration: Develop effective relationships with leaders and employees at all levels of the organisation.
* Leadership and guidance: Support and guide leaders and employees in their roles.
* Knowledge sharing: Convert information and data into knowledge and communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful way.
* Planning and analysis: Develop strong planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Certification and experience: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and have hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Laws and regulations: Demonstrate a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
