You'll manage a blend of:
* Accounts administration (AP, AR, reconciliations, payment runs)
* Payroll support
* Compliance & safety administration
* Warehouse and stock management
* General operational support across multiple platforms
You will be the person who ensures everything is up to date, accurate, and organised — from Xero entries to stock levels, safety documents, insurer portal details, and compliance registers.
