Role Overview
As a Consultant at Kaliba, you will drive new business growth within the higher education sector for a world‑class learning technology platform. The role is remote, based on the east coast of Australia, with a travel requirement of 20% across ANZ.
Responsibilities
Lead current business development across the higher education market in Australia and Current Zealand.
Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, focusing on new logo acquisition.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide institutions through the buying process.
Develop compelling business cases that showcase the value of a cutting‑edge SaaS platform.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver tender and RFP responses.
Qualifications
Proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within higher education or edtech.
Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles and negotiating enterprise‑level contracts.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
Proficiency with Salesforce and comfort managing a pipeline of 50+ active opportunities.
Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
