We are looking for Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Parafield, SA. As an Assistant Store Manager at Neverland, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead the team to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Uphold and assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
* Lead by example in delivering the Neverland customer experience, and assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
* Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management.
* Support in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard.
* Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
* Step up to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance.
About You
* Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to grow into a future leadership role.
* Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
* Visual merchandising experience is advantageous, with an eye for presentation and detail.
