About the Role: Supporting the AU Recruitment function, the Talent Acquisition Parter is responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all vacancies. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent for OSG. You will partner closely with Hiring Leaders and stakeholders to understand their Talent needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies and execute on hiring plans to meet OSG's hiring goals. Reporting directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities will include: Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process Including, job creation, advertising, sourcing, screening and Interviewing. Partner with hiring leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for each open position. Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, events and referral programs Promote OSG as an employer of choice within the Education sector through various employer branding Initiatives. Build and nurture a strong Talent pipeline for each of our Campuses for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continually improve our talent acquisition efforts. Attend panel interviews as an active member of the HR team and create Interview guides to assess candidates capability and fit. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into their roles. Compile analytical reports on recruitment for HR metrics and other data collection requirements. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with projects and initiatives to continuously optimise processes and practices. Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with representation and participation in recruitment events to promote OneSchool Global. Essential: Proven experience as Talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools. Desirable: Experience attracting, sourcing, and hiring Education professionals. Strong understanding of HR and recruitment practices. Experience Interviewing and being part of a panel. Experience contributing to the design and Implementation of improvements to recruitment processes and systems. What's in it for you?
