About the role

The Goldfields‑Esperance Business Manager is integral to the effective day‑to‑day operations and is a key part of the Regional Leadership team. To be successful you will develop and implement the Region's Business Plan, proactively manage and identify risks, and ensure the provision of business and administrative services and advice in relation to financial management, fixed assets, light vehicles, human resource management and land and property management.

Based in our Boulder office, this challenging and highly rewarding role requires demonstrated leadership skills, considerable experience in business and financial management, and strong communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Specific conditions will be confirmed at the time with the successful applicant. A salary increase of 3.5% will take effect on 1st February 2026.


Application requirements

Please submit the following as part of your application:

* A comprehensive CV demonstrating your relevant skills and abilities
* A copy of your current WA 'C' Class motor‑vehicle driver's licence or an approved equivalent
* A covering letter (no more than three pages) outlining your sound skill, knowledge and experience in the following three criteria:
o Leading a team in the delivery of business and administrative services, including contract administration and procurement
o Managing employee behaviour, performance and development
o Financial management and reporting principles, practices and systems
