We are now looking for a Digital Experience Coordinator who wants to do more than manage a website.

You will play a key role in shaping how families and wellness-focused customers experience zazen online, ensuring our digital platforms reflect our wellness philosophy while driving measurable, sustainable growth.
Essential technical skills include proficiency in email marketing tools, eCommerce platforms, and Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the zazen Water Shopify 2.0 website's for customer and wholesale partners, ensuring a premium, high-performing digital experience
* Design, build and launch product pages, landing pages and campaign assets aligned with the marketing calendar
* Execute website promotions, upsells, cross-sells and bundling initiatives to increase conversion rate and AOV
* Maintain brand consistency, content accuracy and structured QA across all digital updates
* Lead a structured monthly CRO cadence, identifying friction points and implementing data-led optimisation initiatives
* Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue per session, funnel performance) and translate insights into actionable growth recommendations
* Deliver monthly performance reporting and optimisation updates
* Execute digital campaigns across website, partner portal and email, ensuring alignment with paid and organic traffic intent
* Build and schedule email campaigns within approved templates, optimising for conversion and conducting thorough QA
* Provide post-campaign reporting and performance insights
* Manage and optimise the zazen Partner Portal (B2B), supporting launches, promotions and partner engagement
* Implement on-site SEO recommendations and collaborate with external agency partners (SEO, SEM, Email)
* Contribute to clear development briefs for marketing-led website enhancements (no coding required)
