As a New Store Opening Coordinator (NSO Coordinator) reporting to the Head of Design and Construction, you will be responsible for opening all of Roll'd stores from start to finish. You will be the main conduit between all internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between all to deliver a successful and timely new store opening.
As a NSO Coordinator, you will uphold compliance to internal and service provider procedures, whilst also ensuring that the new site is operated in a safe manner. In this role, you will continually provide advocacy to improve our systems and tools and work collaboratively with the internal team and external parties accordingly.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answer day to day queries from Departments, Franchisee, and the Support Office Network
- Ensure a high level of product quality and store presentation is being delivered by the store
- Ensure the store delivers a high level of customer satisfaction
- Highlight opportunities for the future development of Franchisees, Team Members and the store
- Lead 7 days on site support after store opening
- Manage NSO timelines and checklists
- Ensure the store is set up in a way that is operationally compliant to both Roll'd and External standards (e.g. Food Safety, OHS Requirements etc.)
- Assist the Operations and Training team to create a safe work environment
- Monitor and control risk management system
- Hold regular meetings to update Internal Stakeholders
- Ensure all Stakeholders meet deadlines and obligations for new store opening
- Work with Stakeholders to continually make improvements to the NSO process
- Ensure a smooth and timely open of all new stores
- Will have a "can-do" attitude and a self-starter.
- Be willing to travel (interstate a must and possibly international).
- Have effective analysis skills and experience in designing solutions that strike balance of standardization whilst recognizing "fit for purpose" may differ across network and change type.
- The ability to communicate complex ideas simply and to all levels and audiences within the organization.
- High attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills.
