Procurement Assistant Role
This role involves assisting the procurement specialist in executing and managing long- and short-term strategies, supporting stakeholders with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting, and managing samples.
* Provide analytical and administrative support to the Procurement Specialist, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to organizational goals.
* Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and SAP, identifying trends and making informed decisions.
* Assist in developing and sourcing new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP, experience/Background within procurement roles, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
