About Role
Nice Builds is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing Brisbane-based construction company, delivering housing projects across both the Northside and Southside of Queensland.
This is a full-time role to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring high quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely delivery of our turnkey home packages. You'll work closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and client representatives, acting as the primary on-site leader and mentor to your site team.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to handover across residential projects
* Interpret construction plans and specifications; ensure work meets building codes, internal standards and client expectations
* Coordinate and lead subcontractors, trades, and site staff to maintain productivity and high-quality finishes
* Maintain build programs and schedule, and report progress to Project Management
* Enforce OH&S and housekeeping standards; ensure a safe, professional worksite
* Collaborate with project team and operations to support continual improvement
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction or similar role
* Proven trade background in carpentry or building is a strong advantage
* Valid driver's licence; ability to travel to build sites across Queensland
* Strong understanding of residential build sequencing, quality control, and site management processes
* Sound ability to interpret building plans, engineers' reports and specifications
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Hands-on, proactive, physically fit and safety-focused
* Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
