**About the role**:
- Manage/process enquiries and orders from customers.
- Ensure customers' orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched with appropriate documentation.
- Provide technical knowledge and support to customers, dealers and all company entities.
- Manage/process inbound goods and regular monitoring of inventory.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and professionalism when dealing with customers and suppliers.
**About you**:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Explicit and concise communication skills.
- Motivated and can-do attitude.
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
