This extremely diverse role will see you reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO assisting with all administrative and operational tasks at corporate level.
Across 2-years gain industry experience by working fulltime and alongside a mentor with over 30 years' of experience and receive paid study towards a nationally recognised **Certificate IV in Business.**

**Duties**:
- Assist with room set-up and pack-up
- Book staff travel, accommodation, and car rental
- Support the EA with event coordination
- File processing and management (printing, scanning etc.)
- Support with diary management and preparation of outgoing correspondence
- Additional administrative tasks including running errands etc.
**About You**:
- Extremely motivated to succeed
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Ability to multitask whilst meeting deadlines
- Willingness to learn and give anything a go
- Takes initiative and problem-solves on the spot
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and typing ability of 50wpm
**Role Requirements**:
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality is essential
- Driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle
