In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Promoting and selling our business’ Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories to existing and new customers.
* Identifying and wining new trade business, follow up leads, and build long-term relationships.
* Actively visiting customers and businesses to promote our Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories and services.
* Continuously updating your knowledge and skills (Including Management) to keep up with competitors services, and Market trends
* Attending industry functions, conventions and training seminars to improve your knowledge.
* Representing our business at trade shows, motor shows, and industry events as required
* Supplying Management with reports on customer contact (Including potential customers), business competitors’ activities, and sales report.
* Drafting and submitting reports to management of business expenses incurred.
* Monitoring customer’s changing needs.
* Following up customers and ensuring satisfaction with our goods, services and resolving any problems accordingly.
* Quoting fees and credit terms (Including recording orders and arranging deliveries to customers).
The successful applicants must have:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative (Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories) OR Certificate III plus 1 year of full-time work experience as a Sales Representative (Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories).
* Excellent communication skills, dealing with both customers and management.
* Ability to communicate effectively in Persian (Dari, Farsi), Arabic, Japanese and English - Highly desirable.
* Candidate with existing client base (workshops, smash repair, auto-elec, tyre shops, etc) will be highly considered
* A genuine passion for sales, with resilience and a strong results-driven mindset
* Adequate auto mechanical and technical knowledge
* Demonstrate a can-do attitude with a strong focus on exceptional customer sales support
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales/WMS software (Highly desirable)
