We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations across two busy, well-established cafés.
With over a decade of success and a loyal customer base, we’ve built a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and doing things properly! This includes baking all of our own bread, croissants, and cakes in-house.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in mentoring teams and delivering exceptional food every day.
About the Role:
* Oversee kitchen operations across two café locations
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and bakers
* Maintain and elevate our already strong food reputation
* Work closely with ownership on menu development and business growth
* Ensure consistency, efficiency, and high standards across both sites
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach (this is not an office role)
* Solid background in baking and pastry (bread, croissants, cakes)
* Ability to manage multiple venues and teams
* Passion for quality, systems, and continuous improvement
