Your Opportunity As a Digital Analyst you will play a key role within TPG, responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and providing insights to optimise digital experiences and overall business performance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to define, implement, and measure digital analytics strategies. The Digital Analyst will be responsible for managing our analytics infrastructure, tools, and processes to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. You'll Make Impact By Analytics Strategy: Define and execute a robust digital analytics strategy aligned with business goals. App and web Analytics: Implement and maintain tracking for apps and web, ensuring accurate data collection and actionable insights. Data Management: Oversee tagging and tracking across websites and apps and having extensive experience with Google Analytics Reporting & Visualisation: Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate KPIs and trends to stakeholders. Data Analysis: Use SQL and BigQuery to query large datasets and uncover insights that drive business performance. Optimisation: Partner with UX and product teams to run A/B tests and improve conversion rates and user experience. Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity. Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new tools and methodologies. What You’ll Bring 5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on app analytics. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics. Advanced skills in SQL, BigQuery and data visualization using Power BI and Looker Studio. Experience with analytics debugging tools for mobile apps (e.g., Charles, Omniture). Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx) is a plus What's in it for you?
