About the role
As an Assistant Manager in our Business Advisory division, you will provide accounting solutions to a diverse range of clients. You will also mentor junior colleagues and gain exposure to complex technical challenges to further enhance your career. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining, producing, and interpreting financial reports using Xero, MYOB, and Reckon APS.
2. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
3. Calculating and reconciling Payroll Tax and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
4. Preparing management accounts, cash flow reports, and annual financial reports across various entities and industries.
5. Preparing invoices at the end of engagements.

About you
The successful candidate will be a CA or CPA qualified accountant (or working towards), with relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a public practice accounting firm. You might be a Senior Accountant seeking the next step or an established Assistant Manager looking to join a dynamic team. You should be a confident communicator, a good team player, driven to deliver results, and eager to advance your career. Experience with Xero, MYOB, and Reckon APS is advantageous.

You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
