You will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring services are high‐quality, evidence‐based, trauma‐informed and aligned with Ravenhall's reintegration objectives.

Working closely with the Senior Rehabilitation and Reintegration Manager, you will shape service design, oversee contract‐delivered programs, enhance data collection and reporting systems, and ensure seamless coordination between custodial, case management, community and post‐release supports.

Your Key Responsibilities

Are you a strategic, values‐driven leader with a passion for rehabilitation, evidence‐based practice, and improving reintegration outcomes? Join us at Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Victoria's largest and most contemporary correctional facility, where our Continuum of Care model is transforming lives and strengthening communities.

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitative Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high‐impact rehabilitative, clinical, wellbeing and culturally responsive programs for people in custody. This pivotal leadership role plays a critical part in reducing re‐offending, enhancing continuity of care, and supporting successful transitions back into the community.

You will:

* Lead, mentor and manage multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams.
* Oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of evidence‐based rehabilitation and reintegration programs.
* Manage operational and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
* Ensure high standards of data integrity, compliance, governance and clinical accountability.
* Drive service outcomes focused on reducing recidivism and strengthening reintegration pathways.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and Alliance partners.
* Support continuity of care through integrated pre‐ and post‐release planning.
* Represent rehabilitation services at operational, strategic and cross‐agency forums.

Working in this role means playing a central part in GEO's mission to help people turn their lives around and supporting the teams who deliver that impact every day.

Please note: This role is based within correctional settings and will involve direct engagement with prisoners. A security clearance is required.
