Clinical Focus:
- Long-term trauma-focused psychotherapy rather than purely medication-based approaches

Operational Support:
- Full-time admin team handling business development, scheduling, marketing, templates and correspondence
- Modern tech stack: Zander (clinic software), Heidi (AI-supported platform for notes, correspondence integration, and session context)
- Rooms available within a well-appointed clinic space
What We’re Looking For
- Consultant Psychiatrist (FRANZCP or equivalent).
- Supportive of FRANZCP Expedited Pathway for suitable IMG's
- Strong interest in psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, or psychoanalytic approaches
- Collaborative, team-oriented professional who values connection and culture
- Comfortable working in an on-site or hybrid capacity
