This role is responsible for managing the technical design process and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and buildable outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams Manage technical design across all project stages on high end luxury development within existing landmark sites. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and approvals Identify and manage design, constructability, and operational risks Support tendering, value engineering, and construction delivery Coordinate base build and tenancy interfaces Extensive stakeholder management, internally and externally across complex Base Build delivery. About YouDegree in Architecture, or Engineering. 8+ years' experience in technical design or project delivery large format retail landlord side Large format new build retail, commercial, or mixed-use project experience; base build experience required. Excellent technical, coordination, and honed stakeholder management skills to manage multiple stakeholders including government, high end luxury retailers, internal stakeholders and external consultants.
