The hours of work are between 16 and 38 hours per week.The roleThis is an Office Administrator role which incorporates all aspects of administration including the core component of answering the phones and being an Account Administrator.The scope of the role includes:Reception Management - Managing a high volume of phone calls with warmth and professionalism, booking new clients, changing appointments and using platforms like Halaxy, Clininko or Zanda to do this.Triage inboxes, action tasks and office enquiries to completion with clear notes and communicationAssist with the processing of invoices and rebates through the diary management programsBuilding solid relationships with your clients and colleagues, both online and over the phoneBeing proactive in going above and beyond to ensure you are always one step ahead of your clients ensuring you are making their day as smooth as can be.Keeping all procedures up to date and proactively searching for new ways to grow the businessKeep records accurate in the practice management system and follow privacy requirementsYou bringWe work in small teams, so it is imperative you are a team player who enjoys assisting others and also willing to ask questions to ensure your day runs smoothly.To be successful in this role you will bring:Full ongoing work rights in Australia.
Australian citizen or permanent residentExcellent spoken and written English suitable for patient facing phone workMinimum 2yrs experience in similar roleOutstanding phone manner - patience, understanding and kindnessAdvanced empathy skillsExperience in Halaxy, Cliniko or Zanda Essential - at least one of these programs is a must!
