About the role
The Administration Officer assists the Offender Services Executive Team in the maintenance, monitoring and reporting of human, financial and physical resources of the Offender Services Directorate. In addition, the Administration Officer assists in providing advisory services in relation to human and financial resource policies, procedures and other matters.
This position provides administration support to Executive team within the Offender Services Directorate in Corrective Services. Responsibilities and tasks include
- Correspondence management
- Human Resource administration
- Records management
- Assists in the preparation of financial and human resource reports

This pool will be open for a period of twelve (12) months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, full time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.
