As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the successful completion of detached housing projects from start to finish.
About this Role:
* You will be responsible for coordinating trades, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of quality residential builds.
* Your expertise in volume residential construction will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
* You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to communicate project progress and address any concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet key milestones.
2. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards by conducting regular site inspections and audits.
3. Manage budgets and timelines effectively, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective action as needed.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through effective communication and project management skills.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in volume residential construction, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
* Hold a valid QBCC Site Supervisor Licence and NSW Supervisor Licence (or be willing to obtain).
* Possess a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and demonstrate excellent leadership and organisational skills.
* Be proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
