Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Meter Data Provision Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality provision of meter data and exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Schedule meter readings across various locations, including customer de-energisation and re-energisation tasks
* Meet deadlines for cyclic and non-cyclic activities, such as special reads and ancillary services
* Provide responsive customer support and assistance to team members and contractors
* Report any issues related to meter tampering or hazardous installations
* Participate in reviewing and improving metering procedures and policies
To Be Successful
* Demonstrate excellent data entry skills and accuracy
* Show ability to work towards strict timelines
* Able to adapt quickly to new computer software programs
* Prior experience in high-level data entry is desirable
