Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Technical Architect to design, guide, and govern end-to-end technical solutions across modern web and backend platforms. The role requires strong hands-on expertise combined with architectural leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Own the architecture and technical design of solutions across frontend and backend layers
* Define and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
* Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern frameworks
* Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
* Review code and solution designs to ensure quality and architectural alignment
* Support integration, deployment, and operational considerations across environments
* Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Engineer in complex systems
* Frontend expertise using React and TypeScript
* Backend development and API design using NestJS
* Solid experience with Java (enterprise backend systems, integrations, or microservices)
* Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
* Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices
* Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability considerations
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
* Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
* Knowledge of data protection, masking, or privacy-focused architectures
Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to lead by influence and mentor engineers
